Primary Functions And Tasks

• Conducting tasks as a team member of the Procurement HUB for a German Customer
• Performing activities in the customer´s ERP system, such as creating purchase orders, processing order confirmations, and verifying invoices against orders
• Work closely with the customer in terms of task management and clarification of open questions
• Written and oral communication both to internal stakeholders and suppliers related to daily activities
• Alignment with the other colleagues of the procurement HUB team to align on task distribution, cross-training, and knowledge documentation
• Developing process improvements for customer related to knowledge management, standardization, and reporting

We are looking for:

• Fluent in German, both in writing and oral (C1 preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economic related fields would be preferred
• Willingness to acquire knowledge of SAP on an end-user level
• Core understanding of procurement processes is a plus
• Gain an understanding of the client's processes and independently manage assigned work tasks.
• Process-driven player with analytical skills and excellent communication skills
• Quick learner, self-driven personality for continuous improvement and able to work under pressure
• You are a logical person, with an understanding of systems and desire to continually learn
