Are you passionate about making an impact through strategic procurement? Join Oracle's internal Global Procurement team as a Senior Contracts Analyst – Global Procurement Contracts and drive operational excellence on a global scale.

About the Role:
As a Senior Contracts Analyst, you'll handle varied and complex tasks and may also lead projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - an excellent opportunity to further develop your contract management expertise while supporting Oracle's continued success.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

• Review, draft, and negotiate standard and non-standard supplier agreements of low to mid-level complexity, ensuring compliance with legal and purchasing policies
• Analyze M&A agreements, including evaluation of break fees and agreement disposition (as applicable)
• Validate contract packages for accuracy and compliance with business practices and approvals
• Draft executive approval requests for key legal clauses, summarizing business issues
• Collaborate with lines of business and subsidiaries to address specific requirements and improve end-user experience
• Prepare contract status reports and maintain accurate contract logs

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of contract management experience
• Bachelor's degree required; law degree desirable
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial agreements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven negotiation, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism and diplomacy in challenging situations
• Customer-focused and self-motivated
• Experience with Oracle applications a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in English & German, Spanish, or French is desirable
