Working hours:
flexible (around 4 hours/day), but it will be mainly between office hours. We need someone who will be in touch with the suppliers, going to the office if needed to receive the ordered products.

As the procurement officer at Vortech, you drive how the company buys goods and services. You secure quality, support cost control, and keep suppliers aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the full procurement cycle for all direct and indirect materials.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that support cost efficiency and delivery timelines.
  • Run supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
  • Track supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
  • Work with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to define requirements and forecast demand.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting (pricing, contracts, spend data).
  • Oversee purchase orders, approvals, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Identify new suppliers and alternative materials to reduce risk.
  • Manage annual budgeting inputs related to procurement.
  • Lead continuous improvement for procurement processes and tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally in gaming, Igaming or tech-hardware
  • environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes and cost drivers.
  • Ability to read and draft basic commercial contract terms.
  • Solid Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Organized, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
  • English is mandatory
