Junior Procurement Business Analyst
, based in
Bucharest.
Responsibilities
-Perform end‑to‑end analysis of procurement processes (S2C, P2P), mapping as‑is/to‑be and identifying opportunities for simplification and digital transformation.
-Prepare document and maintain business, functional and non‑functional requirements; ensure alignment with program objectives and Group guidelines.
-Act as day‑to‑day counterpart for Generali project team/ external consultants / system integrators, coordinating workshops and validating functional and technical deliverables.
-Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies; keep logs and ensure timely sign‑offs.
-Plan, prepare and support test phases (e.g., SIT, UAT), including test cases, data, defect triage and user training/knowledge transfer.
-Monitor milestones and deliverables across the project plan, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards and deadlines.
-Contribute to change management and adoption, preparing materials and communications for stakeholders.
-Ensure compliance with procurement policies, data protection and control requirements; promote best practices and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
-Master's degree in economics or engineering.
-4/5 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years in Procurement (processes and/or projects).
-Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives within Procurement, including system integration and testing.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Ability to deploy business processes into digital applications; team working, flexibility and strong ownership under tight deadlines.
-Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Ivalua is required; knowledge of test management tools is a plus.
-Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; solid process mapping.
-Knowledge of Procurement operating models and processes (S2C, P2P).
-Hands‑on familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (Procurement/MM) and Ivalua; understanding of integration points between SAP FI-CO and -Procurement (Asset management, cost center, etc.).
-Hands-on familiarity with SAP ARIBA and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel; practical use of GenAI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
-Good communication capabilities
