  • Ce căutăm:

Cautam un coleg/a al carui rol va consta in executarea de actiuni de recuperare a datoriilor si procesarea de rapoarte de datorii pentru clientii Corporate.

Ce trebuie să faci:

  • Contactezi clientii Corporate prin persoana dedicata in scopul recuperarii datoriei acumulate;
  • Colaborezi cu departamentul financiar/ reconcilliation/ contabilitate pentru a corecta situatia financiara a clientului;
  • Calculezi penalitati pentru intarziere la plata atunci cand esti solicitat;
  • Oferi clientilor si echipei de vanzare informatii corecte si complete privind situatia financiara a clientului: datorie, facturi, reglari financiare;
  • Procesezi suspendarile si reconectarile in baza de date, in limitele stabilite de instructiunile de lucru;
  • Urmaresti angajamentele de plata si executarea de actiuni de escaladare conform procedurii de recuperare a datoriilor;

  • Procesezi rapoarte referitoare la rezultatele actiunilor de recuperare (rezolutii actiuni recuperare, intervale de plata clienti, payment habit, rata de recuperare a datoriilor pe intervale, regiuni, etc.)

  • Ce trebuie să știi:

  • Absolvent de studii medii (studii superioare reprezinta un avantaj);
  • Experienta in customer service (experienta in recuperare datorii este un plus);
  • Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza si MS Office;
  • Abilitati de comunicare;
  • Abilitatea de a stabili si mentine relatii;
  • Customer focus;
  • Autonomie si autodezvoltare;
  • Creativitate si inovatie;
  • Rigoare si perseverenta;
