Senior Energy Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Energy Consultant to join our team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to clients.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office.

What the day will look like

In this role you will work in a client-facing capacity, to provide advice on policy coverage, risk exposures, and coverage availability. Together with our Brokers/Account Executives you will analyze exposure data, loss history, and unique coverage needs for clients.

You will participate in new business development meetings and deliver energy industry expertise.

Act as a mentor and energy sector related expert for Brokers, and other team membersCollaborate with Brokers to create market submissions and analyze prospect and client risk exposuresAct as a trusted advisor to the executive level client in broking, designing, selling and servicing complex accountsServes as a primary internal source for information concerning market trends and pricing practices within a specialized areaResponsible for planning, scheduling, resourcing and executing large projects/ programsAssist in the development of innovative solutions to address changing risk profiles Market new and renewal business, handling all aspects of the placements from initial market selection through policy delivery to client together with the senior broker Present to local account executives, participate in RFPs, client meetings and conference calls

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Significant experience in the energy sectorProven track record of successful client engagements and business developmentExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenCustomer-focused with proven relationship building skillsFluent English and Romanian languagesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
