We are looking for a
Complaints Specialist
to join our growing team in Bucharest. You'll be working from our stylish office, in a welcoming atmosphere where collaboration and professionalism go hand in hand.

What you'll do:

  • Manage customer complaints and handle atypical situations beyond standard document requests.
  • Develop strategies for responding to complaints and ensure professional, customer-oriented resolutions.
  • Communicate directly with clients when needed, offering solutions and risk-mitigation measures.
  • Handle comments and complaints on social media channels.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities and the company's Legal Department.
  • Contribute to shaping the company's customer engagement strategy.
  • Create and maintain standard response templates and initiate new process flows where needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • University degree in law, business, communications, or another relevant field.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive mindset, ready to propose new approaches and improvements.
