What You'll Do as an Assistant Store Manager

As a Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in
maximizing store sales
and providing an amazing shopping experience for our customers. Your tasks will include:

• Driving store sales by fostering a culture of
  commercial innovation
  within the team.
• Leading a team of
  Managers
  , ensuring seamless coordination, motivation, and growth opportunities.
• Developing
  organizational culture
  and promoting Primark values among the team to create an engaged community.
• Conducting in-depth analysis of
  sales indicators
  and proposing strategies for improvement.
• Developing long-term
  action plans
  for the effective functioning of the store.
• Overseeing the store`s day to day operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers

What You'll Bring

• Several years
  of experience
  in a similar (retail industry) role in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. Previous experience as an
  Area Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  of a
  large area store
  is preferred.
• Strong
  leadership skills
  and experience in managing, motivating, and developing team of Managers.
• Exceptional
  interpersonal and communication skills
  with the ability to negotiate, build relationships, and coach.
• A
  commercial mindset
  ,
  independence
  , and strong
  organizational abilities
  to set priorities effectively.
• Highly developed
  analytical skills
  , including the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
