Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook based in Craiova. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes. Daily tasks include setting up workstations, preparing ingredients, following health and safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean kitchen. The role also includes collaborating with other kitchen staff and assisting in inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and food preparation
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and best practices in kitchen safety and sanitation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Culinary certification or relevant training is beneficial
