Earthworks Coordinator

For one of our clients, an international company with extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, we are looking for an Earthworks Department Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate earthworks activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and technical standards.
• Supervise teams and subcontractors, monitoring work progress.
• Plan and allocate necessary resources, selecting equipment and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction legislation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Railways, Roads, and Bridges).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager on road/railway projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, Primavera).
• Romanian language mandatory
• Experience in projects worth at least €300,000.
