ELIJAH angajează Asistent Manager- Marpod

Locație: Marpod, jud. Sibiu

Contract: perioadă nedeterminată (prezență fizică, full-time)

Cerințe:


• Studii superioare sau in curs de desfășurare(în domeniul administrativ, economic sau umanist constituie avantaj)


• Cunoștințe bune de operare Microsoft Office


• Abilități excelente de organizare, comunicare și planificare


• Spirit de inițiativă și capacitate de a lucra independent, dar și în echipă


• Atenție la detalii, seriozitate și discreție


• Experiența anterioară în activități administrative sau în mediul ONG constituie un avantaj

Responsabilități:


• Asigură suport administrativ și logistic pentru activitățile biroului ELIJAH din Marpod


• Gestionează corespondența, documentele și comunicarea internă și externă


• Urmărește implementarea sarcinilor și termenelor stabilite de management


• Menține legătura între echipa administrativă, coordonatori și conducere


• Contribuie la redactarea și arhivarea documentelor interne (procese-verbale, contracte, rapoarte)


• Participă la organizarea evenimentelor și la activități de comunicare instituțională
