Bergerat Monnoyeur, the official Caterpillar dealer in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, is currently seeking a Treasury Coordinator to join our Finance Department.︇︈︊︈︄︂︆︄︄︁︁︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︂

Location: Mogoșoaia, with the option for partial remote work

Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (including a 1-hour lunch break)

Transportation Provided on two routes: Bucureștii Noi – Mogoșoaia and Crevedia – Mogoșoaia

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Treasury team and oversee daily cash management activities;

Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners to secure optimal services and financing conditions;

Serve as the primary liaison with Group Treasury, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timely reporting;

Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities;

Analyze liquidity needs and propose appropriate funding strategies;

Support the budgeting process by providing cash flow projections and strategic insights;

Ensure accurate and timely execution of payments, cash pooling, and intercompany financing;

Monitor foreign exchange exposures and assist in implementing hedging strategies in coordination with Group Treasury;

Contribute to internal controls and continuous improvement of treasury-related processes.
