We are looking for a Senior Audit Analyst with strong accounting knowledge, proven experience in financial audit, and a genuine interest in understanding how different businesses operate. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to grow, enjoys tackling challenges, and is committed to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

You are a great fit for our team if you:

• Have excellent accounting knowledge.
• Hold a university diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Bring prior experience in the Accounting/Audit area
• Are proficient in English. German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Demonstrate strong computer literacy (MS Office) and are comfortable using analytical/BI tools.
• Are curious, eager to learn, and see challenges as opportunities for development.
• Communicate clearly, organize your work efficiently, and collaborate well with others.
• Bring enthusiasm, ownership, and a strong commitment to client service.
• Enjoy both independent work and teamwork, and are open to traveling as part of audit engagements.

Your future role

• Work closely with clients to understand their business models, processes, risks, and internal controls.
• Act as a Senior Analyst on audit engagements and coordinate portions of the fieldwork.
• Assist in planning and executing financial audits, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in obtaining an understanding of business processes and internal controls of the audited companies.
• Use BI and other analytical tools to perform data analysis and document audit procedures.
• Communicate effectively with key client representatives and team members.
• Conduct on-site visits and participate in client meetings as needed.
• Assist in verifying financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Identify risks and manage them effectively throughout the audit process.
• Maintain high professional and quality standards across all engagements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, accounting standards, and regulatory changes.
