We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to support an exciting new AI development and implementation programme within an Enterprise-level Life Sciences organisation. This is a high-impact role where you will be at the forefront of delivering brand new technology solutions across multiple business units, worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, identifying areas where AI could benefit day-to-day productivity.
  • Conduct initial scoping & discovery exercises to define objectives and deliverables.
  • Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops across multiple business units.
  • Document high-quality business requirements and produce exceptional business design documentation.
  • Ensure alignment of business solutions with overall strategic objectives.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • IIBA or other BA certification preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude etc.
  • Proficiency in Visio, MS Office suite, and tools such as Jira.
  • Experience working at the initial discovery stage of brand new business areas is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Confident working in fast-paced, change-driven settings.
