We are looking for a new colleague for the role of
Junior System Administrator
, who will join our team and be responsible for IT support processes at our client's office in Bucharest.

He will be supported by our back-office team of IT specialists, organized by technologies and skill levels. To be successful in this role, you need a strong desire to learn and a good understanding of IT support.

Job requirements:


• High school or university degree in a technical field;


• Knowledge of email configuration and troubleshooting;


• Operating system knowledge: Windows/MAC;


• Knowledge of Active Directory/DNS/DHCP;


• Understanding of network protocols, TCP/UDP ports;


• Hardware knowledge for computers and printers;


• Knowledge of network services and troubleshooting;


• Organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Main responsibilities:


• Email configuration and troubleshooting;


• Operating system support: Windows/MAC;


• Knowledge of Active Directory/DNS/DHCP;


• Understanding of network protocols, TCP/UDP ports;


• Hardware support for computers and printers;


• Using the helpdesk ticketing system and resolving tickets within the agreed SLA;


• Remote support for employees working from home;


• Managing users and their permissions in the applications used;


• Installing and configuring company-purchased equipment;


• Identifying and resolving software, hardware, network, and printer-related issues.
