— developing infotainment solutions for leading automotive clients. Beyond automotive, we also engage in other challenging and innovative projects, such as
trading platforms, mobile,
electric vehicle charging stations etc.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual serves, and integrate automation processes
  • Configure and support network equipment (
    Cisco switches/routers, UniFi devices, Fortinet firewalls
    ).
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and services using
    monitoring tools
    (performance, availability, security).
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and workstations across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and backups, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.
  • Support employees with IT requests, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, policies, and the internal IT inventory (equipment, licenses, users).
  • Collaborate with central IT and other departments to implement new solutions and improve existing processes.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in system and network administration (junior role, internship, or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching).
  • Experience with
    Ubuntu/Linux server configuration and troubleshooting
    .
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Cisco, UniFi, NAS storage, and Fortinet firewalls
    .
  • Experience with
    system and network monitoring tools
    .
  • Basic experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Scripting familiarity (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good English skills (written and spoken).
