is looking for a
Human Resources Manager
for one of its top clients – a company operating in the IT&C industry.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing HR activities, ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The role includes optimizing recruitment processes, training, organizational development, and efficiently managing the department's budget.

Professional Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of HR experience, including proven expertise in developing, implementing, and optimizing HR processes, including digital processes
  • Relevant higher education, with a focus on organizational psychology
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and applicable regulations
  • Experience and knowledge in management, recruitment processes, performance evaluation, and coaching
  • Advanced English (C1)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HR ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in line with the company's strategic plan
  • Coordinate the HR team, set objectives, and monitor performance
  • Develop and implement internal procedures and policies to streamline activities
  • Manage the HR department budget and monitor expenditures
  • Administer budgets for recruitment and training programs
  • Track HR performance indicators and report regularly to top management
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and regulatory standards
  • Plan short-, medium-, and long-term staffing needs
  • Support department managers in team management
  • Promote organizational culture and wellbeing initiatives

  • Highly developed analytical skills, able to interpret data and report relevant information for decision-making
  • Solid knowledge of financial planning and budget management, ensuring efficient resource utilization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to clearly convey messages and achieve optimal results with stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation, ensuring compliance and preventing legal risks
  • Results-oriented and continuously seeking improvement, constantly looking for solutions to optimize processes and enhance organizational performance
