Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will partner with the Managing Director, Regional HR Manager, and employees to ensure HR practices reflect company values, strengthen employee experience, and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Standards

• Ensure HR standards are embedded in daily operations, reflecting company values.
• Support the Managing Director and Regional HR Manager in delivering HR projects and plans.
• Communicate and implement HR policies and procedures across the agency.
• Identify local HR needs and set priorities.

Learning & Development

• Design, implement, and oversee learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify and address gaps.
• Develop and manage a training calendar, ensuring timely and relevant workshops.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, making improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and bring innovative learning ideas to the organization.

Communication & Engagement

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies with clear and engaging messaging.
• Create and distribute newsletters, announcements, and updates.
• Facilitate open communication channels between management and employees.
• Organize company-wide meetings, forums, and events to boost engagement and alignment.
• Drive employee engagement through proactive initiatives and activities.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviewing, hiring, onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and job descriptions.
• Build employer branding campaigns to position the company as an employer of choice.

Employee Relations

• Foster a positive work environment, promoting openness and trust.
• Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
• Implement engagement initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture.

Performance Management

• Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
• Support managers in setting standards, creating development plans, and addressing performance issues.
• Provide coaching and training on performance tools.

Compensation, Benefits & Talent Management

• Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategy.
• Lead talent management initiatives, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
• Implement individual development plans and support coaching activities.

HR Systems & Reporting

• Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Implement and optimize HR technology to improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Romanian and English
  (CVs must be submitted in English).
• Relevant educational background; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum
  5 years of HR experience
  , ideally in an international company.
• Focused experience in Learning & Development and Communication.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to drive cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.
• Proven agility to adapt HR strategies in dynamic business environments.
• Experience in managing or collaborating with global teams.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
• Innovative problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
