Sales Specialist
that will assist our merchant business development and sales team in daily operations and growth of the IPD business unit due to our rapid expansion of the Independent EFT POS Deployment (IPD – Payment Terminals) on the Romanian market.

Main accountabilities:

  • Perform Payment Terminal sales activities to Small and Medium sized merchants;
  • Help to identify new business opportunities;
  • Manage Client Portfolio and build up new sales pipelines;
  • Proactively engage potential customers;
  • Conduct market research (analyze competition market trends);
  • Provide sales reports periodically and customer satisfaction reports;
  • Maintain client's database in CRM system;
  • Participate in meeting with clients;
  • Manage correspondence between sales team and customers;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement;
  • Help with preparation of internal and external documents.

What will make you stand out among the candidates?

  • Work experience in similar jobs (experience in administration and/or sales, banking/payment industry) is not mandatory but will be a plus.
