We're Hiring: Road International Freight Forwarder

We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated
Road International Freight Forwarder
to join us. If you are passionate about logistics, thrive in dynamic environments, and have proven experience in international transport, we'd love to hear from you

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, international road transport (import, export, transit)

Solid knowledge of domestic & international geography

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Good math skills – ability to calculate freight measurements, weights & conversions

Negotiation and communication skills (both written & verbal)

Ability to work independently, even in time-sensitive situations

Advanced English (any additional language is a plus)

Experience in international groupage and LTL transport in Western Europe – strong advantage

Main responsibilities:

  • Prospecting the market to identify best operational transport solutions
  • Negotiating routes, transport channels, cargo loading plans, and prices with partners
  • Managing end-to-end transport orders, from customer contact to execution
  • Working with different TMS: internal and external
  • Checking transport documents accuracy
  • Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and transport partners
