Sales Manager (Logistics & Multimodal Solutions)

IDS Romania is establishing a logistics hub in Bucharest to serve the growing trade flows between Asia, the Balkans, and the European Union.

We are building a strong team and looking for a Sales Manager who understands logistics and can drive commercial growth for our integrated logistics services.

About IDS:

IDS is an international logistics operator providing a full range of multimodal solutions — ocean, road, rail, air, and fulfillment.

Our ecosystem connects Asia, the Middle East, and Europe through Romania as a central logistics hub, offering FCL/LCL, FTL/LTL, warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce logistics.

Your Role:


• Develop and expand the client portfolio in Romania and the Balkans.


• Promote IDS services across all logistics segments (import/export, fulfillment, distribution).


• Build relationships with manufacturers, importers, and exporters.


• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to contract signing.


• Cooperate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:


• Proven experience in sales (preferably in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding).


• Understanding of logistics processes (transport, warehousing, customs, multimodal flows).


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• English fluency (required).


• Russian language knowledge — a strong advantage.


• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
