Vei fi responsabil de:

  • Organizarea si coordonarea proiectelor de rollout pe baza metodologiei de proiect, incluzand toate aspectele legate de planificarea, implementarea, controlul si monitorizarea proiectelor, precum si de finalizarea lor calitativa conform cerintelor de management
  • Gestionarea directa a schimbarilor si punctelor deschise din cadrul proiectelor, sustinand adaptarea permanenta a obiectivelor acestora la dinamica cerintelor interne.
  • Identificarea, clarificarea si escaladare evenimentelor neprevazute aparute in cadrul desfasurarii proiectelor, propunand masuri alternative de rezolvare a situatiilor cu un grad ridicat de complexitate.
  • Realizarea unei comunicari adecvate cu managementul companiei si in cadrul echipei de proiect pe baza intalnirilor, elaborarii rapoartelor si prezentarilor de status privind monitorizarea si controlul executiei proiectelor.
  • Identificarea masurilor de imbunatatire a proceselor interne si a performantei echipelor operationale.

Ne dorim sa ai:

  • Studii superioare, cursuri sau certificari de specialitate;
  • Cunoasterea adecvata a metodologiei de management de proiecte (certificare project manager);
  • Cunostinte avansate de utilizare Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Office Excel (constituie un avantaj);
  • Capacitate de a lucra cu mai multe proiecte simultan si de a livra eficient conform termenelor agreate si constrangerilor din proiecte;
  • Initiativa, adaptabilitate, abilitati adecvate de prezentare, relationare si comunicare asertiva
  • Spirit de echipa, seriozitate si atentie distributiva.
