Role Description

We are looking for a motivated
B2B Sales Representative
to join our Pallex division. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tomesti, Iasi. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling logistics and transport solutions to business clients, managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Sales, communication, and negotiation / persuasion skills;
  • Strong willingness to learn new things and develop;
  • Driver's license (cat.B).
  • This role requires on-site presence at our office in Tomesti, Iasi.
  • Knowledge of logistics and freight transport industry (nice-to-have, but not mandatory);
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (especially Microsoft Excel, necessary for reports);
  • Experience in sales within the logistics / transport industry is a plus;
