Ce ne dorim:

· Absolvent cu studii superioare finalizate;

· Experiență de lucru pe o poziție similară, cel puțin 1 an;

· Disponibilitate la deplasări în țară, medie de 2-4 zile/lună;

· Persoană organizată, cu atenție sporită la detalii;

· Spirit de lucru în echipă, cu bune abilități de comunicare;

· Seriozitate și implicare în activitate, cu respectarea termenelor limită;

· Gândire analitică;

· Rezultate calitative;

· Orientare către client și înțelegerea nevoilor acestuia.

Constituie un avantaj dacă ai
:

· Cursuri relevante: business analyst, project management, metodologie agile sau altele;

· Experiență de lucru pe soluții software de tip business (ERP, CRM, DM sau altele);

· Permis de conducere categoria B;

· Cunoștințe SGBDR, experiență de lucru cu MS SQL Server.

· Cunoștințe contabilitate publica.

Ce vei face:

· Analiză de business pentru aplicațiile și modulele de care ești responsabil;

· Extragerea cerințelor din documentația proiectelor (specificații, oferte tehnice, legislație) sau în urma întâlnirilor de analiză;

· Transformarea cerințelor de business în specificații software;

· Participarea la întâlniri de lucru alături de echipele de analiză și programare pentru a clarifica cerințele de business;

· Elaborarea sau optimizarea ghidurilor de operații uzuale a aplicațiilor

· Testarea manualǎ a diferitelor functionalitati ale aplicației software
