How You Will Contribute
You will:

  • Provides support for Key Account Manager on operational areas for assigned customers
  • Acts as a key player in monthly planning cycles focusing on data accuracy and strict attendance to key timelines
  • Is involved in preparation of strategical customer plans covering all aspects from prep work to landing the expected result
  • Keeps an efficient track of key metrics and KPIs required in daily sales work
  • Prepares sales reports underling the main drivers
  • Is involved in specific commercial forums where Sales input is required
  • Front sales role, is involved in direct communication with customer

What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Mandatory Romanian language and advanced English skills
  • 2-3 years experience in CPG companies, preferable in multinational environment and understanding the matrix organizations
  • Preferred experience in back office roles with exposure to customers and/or sales teams
  • Computer savvy, comfortable with excel and MS office package
  • Strong interpersonal skills
