Since its establishment, the company has completed numerous landmark projects, ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed railways, large-scale power plants, and tourism facilities.

We are looking for a
Document Controller
with the following qualifications to be assigned to our upcoming project in Romania.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Document Control or similar role, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or railway projects,
  • Strong knowledge of document control procedures and ISO standards,
  • Proficient in using EDMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint, M-Files etc.),
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills,
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Romanian language is a strong asset,

  • Able to work on-site in Romania.

  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution

  • Maintain and update electronic document management systems (M-Files),
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and construction teams to ensure document compliance,
  • Track submissions, approvals, and comments for technical documents,
  • Prepare transmittals and ensure proper archiving of all project-related files,
  • Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate documentation records.
