Căutăm o persoană atentă la detalii, organizată și implicată, care să contribuie la asigurarea trasabilității și conformității documentației de calitate pentru lucrările executate.

Specialistul în documente calitate va colabora îndeaproape cu echipele de șantier, laborator și control tehnic, având un rol cheie în respectarea cerințelor contractuale și a normativelor în vigoare.

Succesul în acest rol înseamnă:


• Documentație completă, corectă și structurată pentru fiecare fază de execuție;


• Colaborare eficientă cu toate echipele implicate în proiect;


• O Carte Tehnică completă și conformă;


• Respectarea standardelor și procedurilor de calitate.

Acest post este parte esențială a echipei operaționale și contribuie direct la asigurarea calității proiectelor de infrastructură.

Responsabilități principale


• Întocmirea, actualizarea și menținerea Planului Calității și a fișelor de control pentru fazele determinante.


• Colectarea, verificarea și arhivarea buletinelor de analiză, proceselor verbale și documentelor de conformitate.


• Asigurarea completitudinii și corectitudinii documentației pentru Cartea Tehnică a construcției.


• Colaborarea cu șefii de șantier, laboratorul de încercări și dirigintii de șantier.


• Raportarea neconformităților și urmărirea implementării măsurilor corective.

Cerințe și competențe


• Studii superioare tehnice (Construcții Civile / Drumuri sau domenii conexe).


• Cunoștințe privind sistemele de management al calității ISO 9001.


• Operare PC: Word, Excel (nivel avansat), PDF, AutoCAD (nivel basic).


• Experiență minimă de 1 an într-un rol similar, preferabil în proiecte de infrastructură.


• Atenție la detalii, bune abilități de organizare și comunicare.
