Your Mission

As Shopper Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our retail strategy—driving shopper engagement, brand visibility, and commercial success across Romania. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to bring our brands to life in-store and online, ensuring every consumer touchpoint is impactful and aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term shopper strategies aligned with brand goals and commercial priorities.
  • Lead innovative in-store programs and off-shelf activations to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Trade & Revenue, Legal, and Medical teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage the national retail marketing calendar and ensure seamless execution across channels.
  • Use shopper analytics and market insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Own the shopper marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across touchpoints.
  • Report campaign results and insights to internal and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in shopper, trade, or customer marketing—ideally in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of driving market share growth through strategic retail initiatives.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian (written & spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
