Inginer proiectant constructii civile
este locat in Fabrica de Ciment Hoghiz (jud Brasov) si presupune managementul proiectelor de constructii ale fabricii de complexitate mica si medie

Responsabilitatile postului:

  • evaluarea situatiei cladirilor existente ( in relatie cu un evaluator autorizat) precum si managementul proiectelor aflate in lucru
  • verificarea documentatiei tehnice ale cladirilor sau ale proiectelor noi precum si calculele tehnice ale proiectelor
  • elabrarea desenelor tehnice, memoriile tehnice conform legislatiei si normativelor/ standardelor tehnice
  • urmarirea executiei lucrarilor si gasirea celor mai bune solutii de implementare
  • obtinerea de autorizatii
  • urmarirea termenelor de predare,
  • asigurarea standardelor de sanatate si securitate in munca in timpul implementarii proeictelor

Cerintele postului:

  • studii superioare in domeniul constructiilor civile.
  • experienta in proiectarea si urmarirea proiectelor de diferita complexitate
  • Experienta in softurile specifice PC: AutoCAD 2D/3D, SAP, MS Office, etc
  • experienta sau bune abilitati de project management
  • persoana orientata spre inalte standade de sanatate si siguranta in munca
  • limba engleza
  • capacitatea de a lucra in echipa si de a relationa cu mai multi stakeholders
