We are seeking
an experienced Business Controller
to perform specific activities of the Finance Department to ensure efficient financial management and control.

Job description:

· Maintenance and improvement of the management reporting system (performance indicators).

· Preparation and reporting of financial performance statements in accordance with Group instructions.

· Responsible on factory product costing accuracy.

· Preparation of inventory, production, and operational cost reports.

· Analysis of cost structure, profitability, and working capital.

· Improvement and implementation of cost management and internal control procedures.

· Responsibility for financial planning (budget planning, target setting, cash flow forecasting).

· Preparation of various operational analyses.

· Representing the company in relationships with external entities (audit firms, tax authorities).

· Preparation and approval of company financial statements

· Responsible on local finance legislation required reporting (eg. taxes, statistics).

· Leading the company's finance function with strong collaboration with Group finance team and finance shared services team.

· Working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.

Candidate Requirements:

· Higher education in management, economics, or finance.

· Relevant work experience.

· Strong accounting and financial management knowledge.

· Ability to analyze data and provide conclusions and recommendations.

· Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.

· Experience in MS Excel with macro commands (advantage).

· Experience working with business data analytics systems (Power BI preferred).

· Proficiency in English language.
