Workforce Management Analyst

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Timekeeper
to join our team and support workforce tracking and attendance management on our construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and track daily attendance and working hours for all site personnel
  • Maintain updated timesheets and submit accurate time data to the HR or payroll department
  • Monitor shift schedules, overtime, absences, and sick leaves
  • Assist in coordinating entry passes, ID cards, and daily access control for workers and subcontractors
  • Prepare daily/weekly workforce reports for site management
  • Liaise with supervisors to confirm presence of workers and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with labor law timekeeping requirements
  • Support HR/admin functions related to manpower tracking and documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a timekeeper or administrative support on a construction site (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and site operations
  • Good communication skills, Advanced English is a must
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or digital timekeeping systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
