Production Planner

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Production Planner
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing efficiency in production and inventory management by planning production schedules and prioritizing activities to ensure on-time delivery.︌︋︂︆︂︋︉ ︂︆︄︃ ︁︁︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︂

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (production planning, customer relations, supply chain, logistics)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and monitor process goals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Inventory Planning
• Plan production based on customer orders and available production capacity
• Monitor stock levels and manage material transfers to optimize warehouse usage
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming orders
• Verify all orders comply with international trade, legal, financial, and quality standards
• Plan and validate project costs
• Update and manage order notifications in the system
• Oversee key customer orders from registration to delivery, including preparation of delivery documents and invoices
• Coordinate closely with the Planning Coordinator to ensure timely deliveries
• Take corrective actions to prevent delays and keep stakeholders informed
• Report and improve the efficiency of planning processes
• Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing departments to forecast demand and plan supply needs
• Maintain accurate data in IT systems regarding customer orders, production orders, and inventory
• Monitor key KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Participate in internal and external audits, offering support for planning-related activities
