Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Marketing Assistant
to support our Marketing Department with a variety of operational, logistical, and creative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, from event planning and internal communication to inventory coordination and content support.

Our job opening for Marketing Assistant in Romania is a full-time, office-based position in Bucharest, reporting to the Marketing Manager in Cluj-Napoca
As a Marketing Assistant, you will:

  • Manage and track the marketing warehouse inventory (promotional items, materials, shipments);
  • Coordinate shipments to events, offices, or collaborators;
  • Organize and coordinate internal events, team activities, and office-related initiatives;
  • Assist in planning external events such as fairs, conferences, or workshops;
  • Provide general support for marketing operations and logistics;
  • Support with simple design tasks (e.g., using Canva for flyers or internal visuals);
  • Draft internal newsletters and announcements related to team or office activities;
  • Conduct small research tasks, such as finding suppliers, venues, or opportunities for local partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and collaborative skills;
  • Attention to detail, proactive attitude, supportive team player;
  • Good and proactive communication abilities in English;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks;
  • Previous experience in logistics, admin, or event planning is a plus.
