Job Description:

Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and creative person to help us promote CTP's industrial parks and support the sales team through marketing and communication activities.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their B2B marketing career — someone who writes well, has a good eye for aesthetics, and wants to learn how marketing works in an international environment.

The activity takes place across several offices in Bucharest and nearby areas (Bolintin Deal). A driving license is required.

What you'll do:

  • Update the website and social media pages (especially LinkedIn) with news and project updates.

  • Write clear and engaging content in both Romanian and English (articles, posts, announcements).

  • Create visual materials (brochures, banners, presentations) using Canva or PowerPoint.

  • Use ChatGPT for ideas, copy, and optimizations, adapting the content to the brand's tone of voice.

  • Prepare reports, databases, and presentations for the sales team.

  • Assist in organizing events and participating in activities in Bucharest and regional cities when needed.

  • Handle the administrative side of marketing activities: track supplier invoices and contracts, maintain inventory of materials and budget records.

  • Collaborate with colleagues from the international marketing team and communicate fluently in English in business contexts.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing (including internships).

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Romanian and English.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and LinkedIn.

  • Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and try new things.

  • Availability for occasional travel around Bucharest.
