For this role, we're open to candidates based in either Wroclaw (Poland) or Bucharest (Romania).
Responsibilities:
• Support sourcing teams in identifying the correct templates and drafting contracts using client-standard terms and conditions
• Review and negotiate contracts, analyzing and managing legal and commercial risks within your defined scope of responsibility
• Collaborate with the client's Legal department to develop contract language that mitigates risks
• Support the implementation of regulatory or policy changes impacting contracting practices
• Assist sourcing teams during contract negotiations, particularly with legal clauses, to ensure compliance and drive faster outcomes
• Identify opportunities to improve or simplify standard contract templates and raise these with management for client review
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sourcing teams, client legal stakeholders, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with client policies, templates, clauses, and sourcing tools and processes
• Provide training and guidance to the sourcing community on contract-related matters
• Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators, service level agreements, and other performance objectives
Qualifications:
• Background in law or para-legal work, preferably with deep experience in a corporate, legal, or BPO environment
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts, ideally in a sourcing or procurement context
• Solid understanding of legal terms and the ability to interpret contracts in a commercial setting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
