Qualifications:

oUniversity degree - engineering, economics is an advantage;oMinimum 5 years experience in processes, manufacturing, continuous improvement;oKnowledge and experience of LEAN andamp; Six Sigma principles (Gemba Walk, 5S, VSM, SMED);oLEAN-GBSS certification is an advantage;oKnowledge of operating systems: Excel, SAP;oExperience in Digital Data Technologies systems: data collection, tracking, analysis-interpretation;oGood communication and collaboration skills;oMinimum 3 years leadership experience: communication, collaboration, training-consulting, coaching at management level;oCross-functional experience e.g. Process, Quality, Procurement, Logistics is an advantage;oAdvanced knowledge of English;Responsibilities

oPromotes the improvement process, based on LEAN methods and tools; oIdentify improvement opportunities in Gemba, document projects, carry out 5S, Kaizen, Gemba Walk, give consulting, training and systematically monitor results;oParticipate and perform improvement activities, both as moderator, Team Member and Project Manager;oAnalyze and evaluate the results of improvement actions and projects in order to create Best Practice;oProvides support and works closely with Project Managers on project documentation;oCommunicates and collaborates with both the company's operational teams (operations, quality and logistics) and other functions;oPromotes and supports internal MOS (Marquardt Operating Systems) and the development of best practices;
