We are looking for an engineer with a background in IT, automation, computers, electronics or telecommunications, who will become, together with our team, a specialist in technical consultancy, offering and selling products and solutions marketed by our company.

The ideal candidate must constantly assimilate technical information, combine the technical and commercial components through a dynamic, flexible activity, with challenges offered by the diversity of technical projects and supported with responsibility, for their realization.

Responsibilities

  • Thorough knowledge and continuous improvement of products, applications and solutions in the sales portfolio, in order to ensure technical support and promote them to existing or potential customers.
  • Participation in school and training courses organized by manufacturers or suppliers of products marketed
  • Provides technical support to existing customers to ensure the proper functioning of marketed solutions.
  • Transmits errors and problems identified at the client to manufacturers or suppliers and has a proactive attitude in resolving them.
  • Performs technical assessment in order to replace/repair products during the warranty and post-warranty period.
  • Presents products and solutions sold to customers, identifies customer needs based on which he proposes technical solutions to the sales team.
  • Participates in the development of technical and commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team
  • Active participation in fairs, exhibitions or local events, promoting products and solutions sold
  • Knowledge of the market and competition, identifying new opportunities for selling products and services

Requirements

  • Knowledge of PC and server operation, operation and administration of LAN and WAN networks, experience with Maria DB and or MS SQL Server databases, basic knowledge of electronics and communications.
  • Experience in installing physical security systems (access control, electronic timekeeping, video surveillance) or certification as a technician/engineer in Security Systems COR is an advantage.
