ALTEX Romania, the number one retail offline electro-IT company, is looking for a new colleague to fill in the Product Manager for communication/ telecom services position, part of the acquisition team. The colleague will manage the
portfolio of communications/ telecom services.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of Communications services (insurances, buy back, mobile operators) according to performance indicators established by the company and market trends.
  • Negotiations of legal contractual terms with suppliers for new products & services
  • Analysis of trends and key performance indicators and their following up their implementation
  • Monitoring the product range of the category in relation to the market and managing the pricing, availability and profitability policies
  • Checking the performance of the managed portfolio by analyzing set KPIs (volume, profitability, rotation speed, availability, stock's age)
  • Proposals for listing new products & services in the category tuned with the dedicated market's potential.
  • Maintaining the relationship with suppliers: tracking the common turnover, availability of stocks, order operation, negotiation of purchasing prices
  • Along with store staff, ensure that the product offer meets the demands.
  • Services proposal in catalogs, flyers, communication campaigns and monitor their implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (buy back smartphones preferably)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Conversational English
  • Strong Microsoft Office package skills of using (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Pro-activity and innovation in customer relationship management
  • Integrity, respect, creativity, rigor and customer-oriented
