Responsabilități:

  • Analizează documentația primită (RFP, RFI, RFQ) și extrage cerințele funcționale și tehnice.
  • Identifică produsele software care răspund cerințelor și clasifică diferențele între soluțiile existente in portofoliul companiei și cele ce necesită achizitionate sau dezvoltare.
  • Evaluează complexitatea și estimează efortul de dezvoltare, customizare și integrare.
  • Colaborează cu arhitecții de soluții pentru definirea arhitecturii propuse și cu echipele de dezvoltare pentru validarea estimărilor.
  • Completează fișele tehnice și documentația de conformitate cu cerințele clientului.
  • Contribuie la elaborarea propunerilor comerciale, inclusiv dimensionarea costurilor și prezentarea valorii adăugate.
  • Formuleaza intrebarile de clarificare catre client pentru a obtine toate informatiile necesare
  • Se asigură că oferta tehnică și comercială este livrată la timp și respectă standardele interne și cerințele clientului.

Cerințe suplimentare

  • Studii superioare în informatică, inginerie sau domenii conexe.
  • Experiență anterioară (minim 5 ani) într-un rol similar in proiecte din sectorul public.
  • Cunoștințe solide despre ciclul de viață al dezvoltării software și despre integrarea de sisteme.
  • Capacitatea de a analiza documentații tehnice complexe și de a sintetiza informațiile esențiale.
  • Abilități de estimare a efortului de dezvoltare și integrare.
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare scrisă și verbală, atât în română cât și în engleză.
  • Experiență în lucrul cu echipe multidisciplinare (sales, arhitectură, development).
  • Atitudine proactivă și orientare către rezultate.
