Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Constanţa. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide information about products and services. Additional responsibilities include managing and updating customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer service practices and principles
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of inquiries
  • Basic understanding and use of computer systems and software
  • Experience in logistics or shipping industries is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
