Sourceless is looking for two dedicated and professional Customer Support Representatives to join our expanding team. If you are fluent in English, have a strong customer service mindset, and are looking for a flexible work environment, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, troubleshooting, and general support for our websites
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service processes.
  • Offer product-related guidance and basic technical assistance to customers.
  • Ensure customer follow-ups to guarantee satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and processes to deliver accurate information to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools (email, chat, Telegram, phone systems).
  • Positive attitude, attention to details, and a willingness to learn.
