Hanseatic Connect Romania is looking for an Administration Officer to join the team in Constanta/Romania.

Job description

The Administrator Officer helps keep office operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, facility services, and general office support. The role also assists management with day-to-day business needs and provides administrative help.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration, reception, and facility management.
  • Support management in business operations and planning.
  • Handle office maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure confidentiality in handling company documents and information.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations for business opportunities.
  • Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Look for ways to improve office processes and reduce costs.
  • Keep customer and business data organized and updated.
  • Coordinate pantry supplies and maintain hygiene standards in office areas.
  • Monitor external service providers (cleaning, building maintenance, health services) and ensure quality performance.
  • Enter and maintain accurate business data in company systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports and general administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in English.
