Position Description

We are looking for an
Area Sales Manager
with a combined
hunting + account management profile
, strong commercial skills, and a mindset focused on continuously growing the client portfolio. The role involves acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones (upsell & cross-sell). You will sell
TMS services and solutions (GPS tracking systems)
in the assigned area and actively contribute to business development.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting the market and acquiring new clients (
    hunter mindset
    )
  • Managing and developing existing accounts – 30–40% of the target
  • Performing upsell and cross-sell activities within existing clients
  • Presenting and selling TMS solutions in the assigned area
  • Reporting activity and pipeline in the CRM system
  • Participating in client meetings
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams (implementation, technical support, etc.)

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B services sales
  • Experience in account management and/or new business development
  • Basic technical knowledge (to understand TMS solutions)
  • Open, communicative, and results-oriented attitude
  • Preferably with an existing client portfolio
  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned area
  • Proven professional stability in previous roles
