Nestlé Romania cauta o colega / un coleg pentru pozitia de Key Account Manager deschisa in Bucuresti, in cadrul echipei Purina. Aceasta persoana va contribui la indeplinirea obiectivelor prin dezvoltarea categoriei Pet Food si a brandurilor Purina la client.
O zi obisnuita ar decurge astfel:
- Indeplinesti planul pe volum / vanzari pe clientii din portofoliul alocat
- Analizezi clientii (performanta vanzari pe branduri, portofoliu produse)
- Dezvolti planul de afaceri al clientilor in linie cu procesul de planificare incluzand canale, categorii si strategii de brand
- Dezvolti si implementezi planul promotional pe client
- Negociezi planul anual de afaceri cu clientii
- Negociezi si implementezi listele de produse noi in clientii KA conform calendarului de listari produse
- Monitorizezi executia in magazine (store check, feed-back)
- Mentii utilizarea eficienta a fondurilor TTS stabilite pentru clientii alocati
- Pre si post-evaluezi toate activitatile clientilor, pentru asigurarea utilizarii optime a fondurilor
- Monitorizezi si coordonezi echipa de vanzari dedicata canalului specializat in vederea atingerii obiectivelor
- Esti responsabil/a de coaching-ul si training-ul echipei Field Sales Specialist.
Cum poti avea succes?
- Experienta in vanzari Key Account FMCG
- Experienta in vanzari categoria Pet Food constituie avantaj
- Absolvent de studii superioare
- Limba engleza – nivel mediu
- Permis de conducere cat. B
- Comunicare, negociere, persuasiune
