As a Senior QA Engineer at Raiffeisen Bank, you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting project called SBM (Smart Banking Manager). SBM is a crucial application that orchestrates orders (Product Ordering) related to the main business processes of the bank (e.g. card opening and maintenance, current account opening and maintenance, product bundles), keeps the customers' assets for further use in external applications and also aims to be the main source of the bank's product catalogue.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that the Smart Banking Manager application operates at peak efficiency, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's business processes.

What are we looking for?

Day by day

  • Design and run manual test scenarios to test web applications and API endpoints
  • Participate in testing review, collaborate with analysts and developers to resolve projects issues, create request samples, and gather test data via database operations or manual searches
  • Contribute with the rest of the team to continuous improvements of the testing process
  • Present a demo at the final of the sprint

Must have skills

  • Experience in testing REST endpoints, Java microservices
  • Competent SQL (or PL/SQL) experience (using queries on large Databases e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience in using Zephyr for writing test scenarios
  • Experience in log monitoring using Elastic Search API
  • Advanced English skills
  • Eagerness to learn

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to details and ability to organize work

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Postman, Selenium etc.
  • Banking experience (e.g. CRM, Debit Card System, Core Banking System, Integration systems)
  • Experience with change management and defect tracking tools
