• Responsibilities:
• The QA & Testing Engineer collaborates with the test team to develop testing strategies and devise test plans, ensuring that applications meet business requirements and maintain the client's high-quality standards. The QA & Testing Engineer takes a lead role in establishing or executing one or more test specialties for a larger testing unit or program.
• The QA & Testing Engineer identifies the tasks and resources needed to ensure that their specialised portion of the testing process meets software quality requirements before release into a live environment. The QA & Testing Engineer may specialise in a specific area of the testing process, such as test automation, performance testing, test environments, or test data provisioning. In this context, the QA & Testing Engineer will specialise in relevant tools such as Performance Centre, Quick Test Professional, Quality Centre/ALM, and Jira. Alternatively, the QA and Testing Engineer may possess or demonstrate specialist Business Testing knowledge or exceptional business/functional expertise.
• • Overall responsibility for all testing activities on the TM ETL project.
• • Ability to define the test strategy and prepare test concepts.
• • Coordinate system integration and user acceptance testing.
• • Communicate with business, project managers, product owners, developers, deployment managers, IT application owners.
• • Maintain QA-related project documentation.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• • 4 years of experience
• • ETL
• • Database experience and advanced SQL skills.
• • Strong experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles, and methodologies, with particular emphasis on agile methodology.
• • Excellent skills in test planning, designing, and test strategy/case/script creation and execution.
• • Communicate with business, project managers, product owners, developers, deployment managers, IT application owners.
• • At least a basic understanding of retail banking and operations processes
