Quality Assurance (QA) remains one of the biggest unsolved challenges in software development. Companies spend over $20 billion every year on software testing in Europe and the United States alone, and yet critical bugs still reach production. Teams lose time, customers lose trust, and products lose momentum.

This isn't a routine testing role

; it's about thinking deeply about systems, dependencies, and how to prevent failures before they happen.

You'll collaborate across teams, shape testing practices, and strengthen the quality mindset that defines how we build. Your work will directly influence how products perform for thousands of users; and how teams build confidence in every release.

Who We're Looking For

A QA Engineer who has:

  • 3-5 years

of hands-on experience in software Quality Assurance
- A deep understanding of the
product development lifecycle

and business requirements, with the ability to translate them into effective test scenarios
- Proven experience in
creating, executing, and maintaining

comprehensive test strategies and test plans
- Proactive, action-oriented, and eager to contribute from day one
- Open to feedback and communication (introverts welcome too)
- Skilled in English (written and spoken)
- Interested in working in a hybrid setup, with occasional in-person collaboration
