*Tasks*

  • You will provide 2nd level support of Windows and Linux virtual clients: Incident/Request/Problem/Change Management;
  • You will coordinate with 1st and 3rd level support;
  • You will be in charge of provisioning of new virtual clients via the existing software distribution infrastructure (SCCM, Azure);
  • You will release and patch management;
  • You will log analysis;

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the operation and support of virtual clients (VMware/Broadcom/Omnissa Horizon View);
  • A good understanding of VDI concepts (configuration and provision, patching, clones & master images, group policies);
  • Experience with Windows LDAP Directory and Active Directory (AD management, creating and maintaining groups, etc.);
  • Experience working with software distribution solutions like SCCM (installations, updates);
  • Advanced level of German and English;

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of Amazon Workspaces or similar;
  • Working knowledge of BMC Remedy and;
  • Atlassian suite (ITSM, Jira, Confluence etc.);

  • Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
  • Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
  • Employment contract: Unlimited
  • Line of work: Consulting
  • Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken in German and English
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel
  • Other: a valid work permit
