First who?

  • You're detail-oriented, proactive and always one step ahead when it comes to IT infrastructure.

This position requires on-site presence 4 days per week (Bucharest office).

Then what?

We're looking for System Administrators with strong experience in infrastructure management to join a major banking digital transformation program. You'll work on infrastructure modernization, security, automation, and operational excellence across critical banking systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, monitor and maintain internal platforms.
  • Manage performance, capacity, availability and security of critical infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery policies.
  • Monitor systems, respond to incidents and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DORA, NIS2.
  • Automate and optimize administration processes (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Collaborate with DevOps, DBA, Network and Security teams.
  • Manage virtualization platforms (LPAR for AIX / VMware for Storage).

  • Linux / Unix → Advanced (admin, scripting, troubleshooting)
  • Power AIX / Storage Platforms (MDS, VMware) → Advanced
  • Automation → Ansible, Bash, PowerShell
  • Monitoring & Security tools
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery tools
