Descrierea jobului

ACTIVITĂȚI SPECIFICE POSTULUI:

#Colaborează cu echipa internațională, pentru a se asigura că cerințele comerciale sunt respectate;

#Coordonează echipa comercială Bershka și se asigură că activitatea comercială din magazine este aplicată eficient, conform standardelor și politicilor companiei;

#Menține o relație strânsă cu echipa comercială și cu managerii din magazine, identifică oportunități, planifică și orientează echipa către atingerea obiectivelor;

#Urmărește aplicarea procedurilor și politicilor companiei, ajută echipa să ia cele mai bune decizii referitoare la: produs, imaginea magazinului, vânzări, stocuri, inventare, controlul bugetului;

#Comunică deciziile şi inițiativele de natură comercială;

#Analizează rapoartele comerciale ale brandului și acționează în consecință pentru obținerea rezultatelor dorite;

#Se asigură că expunerea produselor în magazine este conform standardelor comunicate din Spania.
